meditation or yoga.Might help
different tea make different result.
camomile, its good for relax.
then ginger good for tired,
lemon flower good for a good night rest.
forget all your problems for a while, and relax..

Sleeping is the most relaxing and tensionfree moment of anybody's life. it is said that sleeping improves our immune system also.
if your sleep beaks at 4.40 in the morning and u need to sleep, the best way is to switch on a soothening music and take your favourite book in hand. Drink a glass of water and start reading the book. i am sure , you will get a nice sleep.
this is the way I also get a realxing sleep when i get up at the middle of the night. i just see my family members sleeping so cooly and get satisfied just by seeing them. i then feel like getting into the world of sweet dreams.

I don't have chamomile. What is "hops" tea? And wouldn't tea just keep me awake?
