If so, what speed? Kind of car? If no, would you like to learn how?

Yes, I do. My dad taught me how to drive and he insisted that I learn with a stick shift. My mom could only drive a manual and he wanted me to be able to drive anything. I've had cars with some of each through the years -- mostly 5 speed, although I learned on a 4 speed.

Well i will assist you with this.I like driving(my first hobby) very much and always find a chance to do so.In the dashboard you have 4-main things:1.Speedometer 2.RPM(revolutions Per Minute) display 3.Fuel Gauge 4.Car temprature display. When you start a car keep the Gear knob(which you call stick) in nuetral state(it will be loose and you can check it by shaking it left and right),after starting your car at the nuetral state apply first gear by preassing the clutch, now slowly leave the clutch and at the same speed(approximately) press the accelerator,Now look at the RPM display as it reaches 3000-4000 RPM change the gear to 2nd continue this and keep on changing the gear(transmission). If you want the car to accelerate faster (but will consume more fuel) change the gear when the RPM displays 5000-6000 RPM.

If I really needed to, I could drive stick. However, I'm lazy so I just fork out the extra few hundred to get a car that's automatic.
