what do u think about your BOSS in your company?

i ,have just spent three months probation period,
so it's time to raise my wage and i went to my boss's
office.SURPRISINGLY,i have been there four times,
but what i brought back in turn is "after you come back from the exibition,i will consider a little more,i will tell in this afternoon."But this afternoon,what i got is
let me search the same standard wage in my position of my
hometown,and then we make a negotiate!!
Fu*k,what a rubbish!i even want to resign now!!

yes,that is general practice in our country-China.
3months is probation period,and wage will inevitable be raised after that moment.

Firstly ,sorry for my late reply,dear friend.
But my company is really a small one,about 32members while 20 of them are workers for chemichal raw material,and i am the only one who got the bacheler's degree.SO do you also think that way?my friend.

It is easy to get noticed if one is working in a small company. But, if one is employed by a big company with let's say a thousand personnel it will take quite sometime before an ordinary employee gets noticed or even remembered by some of the bosses. Getting a raise after three months will only be possible if one's performance is extremely outstanding.

see , that happens,
what we do in such conditions is to control ourself,take watever we can do to increase,
and never loose your mind,
be there, start search for a new position, don't reveal to anybody,
and leave the moment you get a better chance,
then you can make fool your boss,
i know it's hard to work in such conditions,
but understand that it's easier to get a new one if you r already in one,
and once if you are out it may get more difficult to get a new one
i suggest ,take it as an opportunity to learn,
and think you have a bright future ahead.
