Does India really need a foreign cricket coach? Is there a dearth of talented coaches in India? What difference can the foreign coaches make which Indian coaches lack? I don't think any...Are we going to see yet another Australian coming and ruining the careers of talented Indian cricketers and the game as a whole? Indians themselves know what's best for their team. I really demand some strong opinions against the move BCCI's going to take...

I feel the one who has best interests in the heart for indian cricket and who is the best man for the job should be appointed coach of India. I feel Indian coach can be indian also like Ravi Shastri who was coach of successful bangla tour, sandip patil who coached kenya to semis of world cup, mohiner amarnath, madan lal, kapil dev and so on. I feel if we respect our former cricketers and given the support they need like support staff physio, trainer, computer analyst, physicologist they can also be successful too. Most imp. thing is what's best for indian cricket. Players should get along with new coach. as coach's job is man management, motivator.
