I believe its true and that's the reason that myself wasn't able to see good things about smoking. It only helps us achieve more diseases than health. It does no good for me.

I smoked for over twenty years and I never had high blood pressure. I have stopped smoking and guess what. Thats right I got it now. I hope that is will go away but the doctor says I am getting older and it is common for older people to have high blood pressure. So you see it doesn't matter wheather you smoke or not you can get it when ever. If you ask some they would tell you that smoking causes, high blood pressure, high colesterol, diabetes, liver failure, obesity, and any other thing you can think of. I think if you keep stress down you will be just fine wheather you smoke or not.
