DO YOU KNOW CHIKEN EGG ?

Egg friata. Scramble eggs in a bowel. Saute garlic and onion with fresh oregano and fresh basil. Add sauted garlic, onion, oregano, basil to a cast-iron frying pan. Add scrambled uncooked eggs. Add fresh spinach. Add fresh parmesean cheese. Bake slowly in oven at 325 degrees, until eggs are cooked all the way and slightly golden on top. Yummy! Very delicious!
