Hi, I have a question.
English is becoming the world's language. So in many countries where English is not the national language, it is taught to the poeple. In some societies like Korea, people are tested in English proficiency before they are hired to work for a company. They really study hard in order to learn English. In addition, many people go abroad only to study English. But not all are successful. People have different aptitude levels for language leaning. A few people can speak English fluently within a short time, on the other hand, some people despite staying abroad for a long time can't seem to learn to speak good English. So I wonder what makes the difference between the two. Personality? or the method of studying? I don't know. So I'm asking you. What is the best way to learn English. please tell me, from a native speaker's perspective.

the best way is to use it as often as possible find others who speak english.as far as the time it takes that will differ with your learning capability but its like most things the more you do it the easier it gets
