There is a reason for that. FEES. Sellers of reasonable items are being pushed out by ebay admin, and basically you can't make money on Ebay unless you overcharge, pad shipping fees, or sell bigger ticket items. Ebay admin does not care. Powersellersunite.com is a great place to find out where the good sellers went.

For sure, its not like an auction anymore the prices are way out of hand. I saw a skirt on there the other day for $1500.00, I mean come on, how much material goes into a skirt and who in their right mind would pay that much for a skirt...Not me for one.

I agree with what has been said about fees. They're ridiculous. I was shopping for something this morning and decided to buy it on Amazon.com because, even with shipping, it was at least $10 less. It's like shopping at any thrift store. You really have to search and keep returning in order to get a good deal. I've gotten some really great deals there, but I had to be patient and keep coming back and looking around. You just can't be in a hurry if you want to buy something there.

if you look at the fees that sellers have to pay, you'll see why. avoid ebay like the plague. there are plenty of other free places to sell. (Or some that are free after you've actually sold the item)

I definately have notice, I am a buyer, I dont buy nearly as much anymore as alot of the products are cheaper to get at home here, shipping included, lol.
