Coming from a female's perspective it is a tie....Logically here are 2 cases.... WOMEN: Will never run out of toilet paper, never be without aspirin, and always check expired dates on food before eating...thus women have more logic in domestics.... MEN: Will never run an engine out of oil, are not afraid of a dirty house or a dirty car, and can live off of fast food and frozen meals...thus men have more logic with necessity.
