education or experience???

education is the key to a better future....but experience makes us a better person!
some people who attain some education succeed..while some graduates found themselves useless!
when do people succeed? do we need education more than experience or the other way around.....!!!??

I have heard a lot about someone who had never received a lot education but succed in his business.Things are different to different people.Some people are men of action,while some just do well in theoretics.Experience can perfect a man who is full of theory,and things are gettig better with this good combination.

Education provides us with the basic requirement that every company looks for.We will not be able to compete with others who are degree holders if we only finished secondary school.Therefore,education give us a chance to get a good job and experience decides whether we will excel in our career or get a promotion or not .
