yes you are very right ,no one in deed can keep in a stable high emotion,we are some where alike ,all are sometimes happy and sometimes feeling sad,this is nomal not even a great man can change this emotion law,so just to do everything as you like as usual and believe that tomorrow will be another day ,maybe a good one !
