Do you think that mornings can be better conducive to making better sound decisions? Or is it in the afternoons or evenings? Does time matter when you make a certain decision?

For me I think it is at night. I don't know why but I think I am a night person. Even when I was in school I realised that I do all my studying at night and I prefer to sleep in the morning. There are days when I would not be able to understand certain concepts studying at night but when I wake up early in the morning and study, I get what was happening. I guess I am a night and morning person then.

I believe that the key to having good, productive, energy filled day and the most conducive time to making better sound decisions relies in part on your actions from the day before. What you eat, what you do, the quantity and the quality of sleep you spend, will have a great impact on how your day would be tomorrow. Likewise, what you do when you first wake up will also influence the rest of your day. Having slept the night before for 7 hours has been shown in studies to be the best number of hours for body rest. Having a bad night earlier due to lack of sleep would surely affect the quality of your work and mind setting for the day thus resulting to poor decision making. For the current day, start the day right. Take the day with your usual activities. It is usually during the mornings the human body's faculties are most active functionally. It is at this particular time of the day when your mind is all set for the day's work likewise for the mind to make sound decisions. It couldn't be in the afternoons because studies have shown that most people start feeling tired between 1-4 PM, and if you can get through this “low” your energy levels will start to pick up again until about 7-8 PM. In this case, it is still conducive to make decisions in the evenings, i think.

Time of day matters when it comes to decitionmaking and my brain. I do not work very well until a bit later in the day. Actually I think my best time of day is when most others go to bed. it is a bit inpractical if i have to make decitions together with someone else. My partner, for instance, work better in the early morning. When my best time of day comes he is fast asleep
