Packing Things Up

It would be a good idea to have a garage sale so you get rid of the things you are not taking and at the same time you earn some money. You can also donate things to the Salvation Army or thrifty shop.

why are u moving??? but whatever you dont want and you think someone may like it either do a garage sale or maybe give things to a local church who may help out less fortunate people. I wish you luck sweetie! Moving is not the most fun!

sell all the junks! have a yard sale.or give the other stuff to friends who needs it.

My daughter and son in law just moved this past weekend, so I can relate to your dilema. All I can say is just grin and bear it. There is no easy solution, it is very wise to go through as you pack and throw away thing items you don't need. It will make it much easier on the other end when you go to unpack. It is not an easy process, moving. It is very time consuming and exhausting. I wish you best of luck with it. Try to get as many extra hands to help as you possibly can. That is the best help.

We are in the process of moving also. I have been packing and packing this last week. What I have been doing is only working on one room at a time. I only get out what I can put up in an alloted time. I try not to get overwhelmed. I am only packing up the stuff that I really want and cannot live without. I purged a ton of stuff this way. Whatever is left is going to be garage saled and I am going to tell the neighbors they can take what they want. After all of that I will donate the rest.
