How old were you when your parents started allowing you to date?

I find dating a big issue for parents. They have to be able to trust their kid, and etc. How old were you when your parents started allowing you to date? What were some minor set backs from them allowing you to date? Did your parents even care or do care who you date and where?

I started dating to a guy since i was 15 and i have boyfriend that time. My parents doesnt care as long as the guy will visit in our house and talk there. We met in our school and we always talk in the campus.
