forgeting your couple birhday !!!!!

at the last my girlfriend birthday i have forget it and thats make her angry to me but i can handle it after i give her the reasons. my questions is all of you ever like that and what happens to your realtionship ??

I'll also be angry if my boyfriend forgot my birthday... For whatever reason he has, I will not understand...

if this happened on me:
my boyfriend forget my birthday, I will be angry ,too.
and it is hard to forgive him if this happened .
but I am lucky, he never forget it.
and forget an important day for both of you , or birthday for your partner is really harmful for your relationship.
so I will not forget my boyfriend's birthday.
and i will do lots of things to avoid that important day.
