Using Blogger (by Google)

I've finally created a blog using www.blogger.com, and I'm not getting any page hits. I've gone and registered my site on serveral search engines (should take in a week or two) but is there a site that I can use --- I know I read about it somewhere -- for free? Do take a look, see if it's okay, let me know what I can do to make my site better, give me any criticism that you like! My blog is at: http://punklibrarian-everydaysunshine.blogspot.com/ ***Oh, and I got my very first article from Associated Content accepted and offered for! I think that's a good sign, considering that it was my first article, and it was accepted within 4 days... ;) Thanks for all the support! (I guess I'd better get writng, eh?!)
