What I want to know about this topic is who is letting these predators back on the street. It's not crazy enough that offenders have to go around the neighborhood and register or have special license plates made, but that we allow them back on the street at all. Why are these people being let out at all? I'm not talking about over-enforcement of the law.. (i.e. he's 18 and she's 17), but the real cases of child molestation, why are these leaders still in office and what can we do about it? What are we going to do about it?
