were you a victim of a proffesor who guess' a final grade for you???

i was, back in college, many times... even i ask them why i got their undeserving grade of 3pts,which is absolutely a passing grade...they would tell me that..."there is nothing i can do about it." ask them why...and they would answer"it is allready encoded in the system...getting it back,is breaking the law" what???? bulls**t!!! this proffessors should be thrown back in a subject called math 101. my sister was a victim twice this year...backin her summer class and back last sem. my cousin mai,was also a victim...well my cousin is a fighter,she brought 2 legal attorneys...but nothing happens.she was thrown out of that university,because her prof said that she did not come to class even 1 time in midterm....but how come she has a finalsterm grade???
