Do you miss hand writing letters?

You know what I mean, before the computer age when all we had was quill, pen/pencil and paper/papyrus?
When you used to handwrite, was your writing better then that is it now? Is your handwriting legable or has it gone downhill since writing with a keyboard?
For me, I truly miss handwriting and writing out letters to friends and family. I would do it more too if my handwriting/printing were legable. But, since 1988 when all I used was a keyboard to write out my reports for class in high school, then in the early 1990's in college, my writing skills have become lax.
It is sad to say. I have become lazy.
Not all technology is good. Especially if the art of writing is lost. Writing a letter is more personal than typing.
What do you think?
