the same house about a month after we moved in a lady from around the corner had asked me at the school if i would like to join her (and a couple of other mums from the school)for lunch,i accepted and we all had an enjoyable day. After lunch we had some time to fill in before picking up our children so i invited them all back for coffee.I went to fill the kettle but there was no water, luckily there was enough for the coffee as some said the would have a cold drink.i turned on the kettle but it seemed to be taking alongtime so i checked the kettle then the power, you guessed it no power. Not to be prturbed i decided to put the water into a saucepan and heat it on my gas stove ,imagine my shock when i had no gas.As the phone had not been connected i had to go to a neighbour and ask to use the phone,it turned out that they were working on the waterpipes around the cornerbut my gas and electricity had been disconnected by mistake.I was told that we had not paid the bond required but as we had bought the house no bond was required they had made a mistakebut both on the same day that was strange. My new friends said it was fine and left probably thinking that i had not paid my bills. That is another moment that is often discussed by us all

It is really embarrassing moment for you not to have water, electricity, gas at the same time. I hope your friends have not misunderstood you. I hope i will not be in such situation.
