The REAL Kare Kare Recipe.....

It is just easy. You can use your own homemade kare kare mix by mixing grounded peanuts and peanut butter only. For coloring use atchuete. Then cook it the normal way. Saute garlic and onion then add the meat till it softened then add the mixture of grounded peanuts and peanut butter, fish sauce and let it boil till the sauce thickens a bit, then lastly add the vegetables.Hmmm yummy!

ahhh.... i don't know to make a good kare-kare but i really love this food. the only thing i know that makes it kinda sticky is by adding some peanut butter. i'm even curious what makes it so orange as well :)
