Why the house was so expensive in this society?I cannot afford it.

I'm come from china,now i was a student in hangzhou normal university.I will graduation in next year.I want stay in hangzhou,so i want to buy a nice house to me.But i looked the house,i was shocked by this.If you want buy a commonness house it will cost you near one million RMB.An academician work hard a year about earning 30000 RMB.You will work hard about thirty years you can buy a house.I was so disappoint to me.How can i to buy a house? What can i do?I was so confused now.Can you share you thoughts? expect mylotters response.Thank you very much.

I had been to hangzhou three years ago and it’s a famous tourism site. Naturally houses in hot tourism and commercial spot are having great demands and hangzhou is such a big and prosperous city with her own well known xihu, no doubt the houses there are so expensive. In my place I do find the same situation so I prefer to buy a house in the rural of a town and the house price is much more cheaper than the one in the city.

yeah,I agree with you the hangzhou is the most famous tourism site.Every years about 10million tourists come to WESTLAKE.So the hangzhou house price was so high.

Oh! The charming and fascinating Westlake and my hubby and I love her very much as she makes us recall the famous scholar and calligrapher of Song dynasty, su dong po. But quite sorry she makes the houses cost higher.:D

yeah,it is a crazy thing,the price of house increase so quickly and we can not afford that. what a boring thing.we can do nothing but try our best to earn a great number of money,and give our family the better life.

Well, almost everyone in China knows that the housing price is quite high. In an investment view, I think it is not a good time to buy a house right now. It is crazy to get a house spending 30 years' income. The best thing is to rent a house and wait a good time to buy it.
