When you are so down and troubled and you need a helping hand, who do you call?

This is the real test, when we fail our marriage, lost our job, financially constraints, in times of sickness, when we lose someone and time when our minds goes out to nowhere... its really bothering. I call on God for guidance and tell Him that for whatever decisions i would fall into, he will help me...sometimes i call my mother for advice too...you? who do you call? Share your feelings!
