My Dad was kicked out of the bedroom years ago. Nothing really worked to eliminate the snoring but a few things helped. The big improvement was when we bought him a neck pillow. Its a pillow that curves around the neck keeping his head back. The one that worked the best was the airplane travel type. Also, his snoring really went down when he cut down on smoking. The nasal strips never really worked; but earplugs helped....
