It's almost over. What will we do without the Price is Right?

Bob Barker's last day of filming is tomorrow, June 6. My poor husband doesn't know what the world is going to be like without Bob. He watches this show everyday and cheers out loud for the contestants. Even if they replace Bob, the show will never be the same.

I am 29 and as I grew up, my Grandmother was a true fan. I of course have watched Bob throughout and even record every showing, in case I miss it. The Price is Right was Bob Barker. I feel in more ways that the show should retire with him. He made the show and without him, it will be no more.

Too funny! I bet your husband is a hoot to watch- Does he watch
sports also and yell at the players? I tend to do this!
I agree- it will never be the same without Bob Barker- but it is time
for him to retire- enjoy his life. I wonder if they will continue the
show- with someone else and who it will be-

He picks who he wants to win, and of course it's always a woman. He usually yells, YOU'RE A WINNER!! after each game that is won. He also makes a loud buzzer noise if they overbid or lose the game. It's funny and even though it's kind of annoying I think I will have to say I'm going to miss it. Also my stepson and I are sometimes in another room listening and ROFL.

It will be strange without him and unsure if they continue the show if it will last with a new host, most shows that loose a key player in their staff are unable to recover from such changes. I wish Bob Barker the best, he has been on the show longer than most would be, now is his time, hopefully he is healthy enough to enjoy it.

It has become an American classic. I can't watch it much because of my schedule, but I have really enjoyed it over the years. Come on down!
