I think that it is because men in uniforms are put together. They are always well groomed, neat and clean. This is very appealing.

I can't speak for anyone else but I am partial to guys in uniform .. not firemen or anything like that - army camo (like your pic) is one of my favorites. I guess for me it's a control thing; men in uniform always seem to be in control of a situation.

Damn I think the BDU's are SOOO sexy!! I don't know what it is, guys just look so powerful in them I guess. They get me going all the time!! They can make an ugly guy cute to me =) hee hee.....My husband is in Air Force and I get all excited when he is getting ready for work!! sexy sexy sexy

It's actually quite simple. The uniform is not what they find appealing, the uniform is just a signal of what they find appealling. What appeals the woman about a man in uniform is that he's obviously been trained to follow orders and eat crap.

A uniform signifies authority, and I think thats a turn on for a lot of women. I dated a FireFighter a few months back, and when he came over, he would sometimes wear some of the clothes...it was so HOT!
