how to loose weight

i year back i was 40 kg,s n nw m 50... earlier i use to run , jogg n play but nw m just sitting or sleeping most of the time... if please anybody can advise me how to loose weight... any specific exercise or diet that can help me.///.///.

That depends on your physical built or height. For FEMALES: 5ft = average wt recommended is 100 lbs (range 90 - 110). Every inch additional of 5 lbs. Example I'm 5ft 2 inches tall. So the average wt recommended for me is 110 (100 - 120 range). Now my weight is 127. You could see that Im beyond the range of normal weight for my height. And I consider myself as overweight. Hope this helps

ive heard that eating 1/2 teaspoon cinammon every day speeds up your metabolism and can help you lose weight.

Even if you are 50kgs, but I don't think it's a heavy weight. It's very nice. I don't think too skinny is good looking. It's not necessary for you to lose weight.
