I'm a new come who needs help

I'm a new comer.I feel excited about MYLOT.But I feel confused about many detailed things.Maybe it's a all-english website,I think it's not as easy as q-zone or blog.I want to chang the image of it,but I don't know how to do manage it... Can anybody tell me how to set it?And tell me some basic functions... Thanks a lot!!!
