You think badminton is a sport that helps you slim?

Badminton is the sport that I usually play ever since. I like it because it's easy to play and I can have it as my exercise. I agree that it does help us to be slim for it positively burns our body fats.

Yes i think that badminton helps in slimming ^_^ I used to join the badminton club last time and it helps me in slimming down.

Yes I feel badminton is good sport that helps move all our limbs esp. shoulder, hips, back, belly... and helps tone our muscles. It is a good workout for the body if done regularly and does make one sweat if played seriously. As hitting smashes, and running around when playing is good for body and amke one slim in the longrun if played religiously alongside taking well balanced diet. Cheers:)

hi i've been playing badminton since i was 12 and now i am 20. my body is still the same.hehehe but i think if you play and have some real training, it can make you really slim. but i am not after the slim body. i just like to keep my self healthy.

Yes! Absolutely! Badminton is a very good sport that will help you to be slim because with badminton you always have to run and sweat a lot..

Well, I don't play badminton and I'm slim, so if I'd follow the same reasoning as you, not playing badminton also makes you slim. :-) No, seriously, badminton is a sport that makes you run around, so it makes you use lots of energie, which should help you slim indeed.

Badminton is a good sports to keep slim. But I think swimming is the most effective sports to be slim. I like both of these sports, but I don't do it so often. I am skinny anyway:)

Of course i do.i play badminton every week .not only it helps me keep myself healthy but also give me a slim body. i like it so much ,i like play badminton with my partner.also i am not as slim as my expect,i will go on my way for my beloved sports.
