It takes awhile for responses, but you do get them, I think it has a lot to do with how MyLot circulates the posted discussion topics too...Hang in there you'll get them. :) I didn't see this discussion until now, and I notice it says you posted it 3 weeks ago, so that should give you some idea....

It takes patience. I started some that got 0 responses and a couple days later someone else started the same discussion almost the same wording and got tons of responses. So, I just keep trying. My goal is to someday hit the hot topics list!

That is a hard question to answer. Some discussions get responses right away while others don't get very many. Some discussions get started up again months later like this one. I miss you, sbeauty. I notice you haven't been on here for a couple of weeks. I hope you are alright.

Thank you for your response. I'm wondering why some topics have been on the Hot Topics list all the time I've been posting on here. That means they're always the first ones new members find and answer which doesn't seem to give a chance to anyone else.

yeah, I really don't get it. I haven't gotten a single best response either. Although I have only been here a couple of days. I did find out that your question will end up in the brain busters section if it goes like 5 days with no responses. That probably doesn't help either, because I checked that out and it appears no one goes to that section. Hmmmm. Its weird.

I think a lot of times, it depends on what people are looking for as in when you will get a Response. But at the same time, if you have a lot of friends on here, it might take them awhile to get around to wanting to answer a Discussion you have started as well. But I surely know where you are coming from with this one.

I really dont know.I started a discussion this morning and i only have 7 responses.I guess if the member is interested in your topic or not.I have so many request to add as friend.Where are they at?
