I ordered some Burning Oils and they arrived today
So I came through and unwrapped them, one of them had slightly Leaked
Well as normal Gissi wants to know what is in Parcels when they arrive
He took the Package of me put it on the Settee and started rolling on it
I was amazed to watch this, I tried to take it of him and he would take it back of me put it back on the settee and roll in it again he did this for 30 minutes at least
I eventually managed to get it of him unwrap the actual Bottles of Oils and he took the Bubble wrap back of me and carried on rolling on it
Well My Gissi now smells lovely the oil was Patcholi Essential
He didn't like the Lavender one though
Fussy little Devil

He must have really loved the patchouli! A very classy dog I would say! Now he really smells good and got a good massage from the bubble wrap hahaha!

I am sure he really enjoyed it and he had a lot of fun doing it too, the little mischievous pup! LOL, but he brings us joy and happiness to hear about these humorous stories. Gissi always makes me smile after work when I read one of your posts!

Well, Gissi does like to be in charge lol. I wonder why he liked the Patchouli oil so much, and whether it actually is helping one of his conditions?

I found a really interesting piece about this plant, as I didn't know much about it. I may be stealing your patchouli oil as I read that it keeps moths out of clothes :-)
I am surprised Gissi didn't like the lavender as he should be well used to that one by now, but then you never know which way the little fella is going to roll, do you lol.

You will have to have a word with Darkwing to see whether Gissi is instinctly trying to self treat with this herb! There is certainly something very magnetic about it for him :-)

Hello dearie. Looks like Gissi's olfactory senses went on high alert upon smelling the Patcholi Essential oil. He sure won't back down until he smells great too. I just got this idea of putting some to my lovely bunny too, LOL! I'm fond of using perfume oil. Might as well make my bunny smell like me. :)

oh silly gissi, HAHAHAHA! animals are funny about things like that. when i was younger i had some of those professional class photos of friends (our school pictures), and went into my room and found they had been knocked off of my desk, and my cat was on the floor rolling around on them, and CHEWING on the corners...as if he liked the taste and feel or SOMETHING from that photo paper...the chemicals? i don't know, but animals are WEIRD!! haha!! entertaining for sure!

Ha-ha, lovely smelly doggy, that's what I like to hear and the heating oils will be better than an aerosol! Well done!
Shrek came home with a fly zapper light tonight, I hate flies but love the door open so they all zoom in to say "hi, what's cooking" well now it's gonna be them, lol - the spray really makes me poorly so fingers crossed this works.

That's interesting because I had a cat that loved the smell of patchouli oil as well! He used to try to climb up on the shelf when I had it in the oil burner and if I left the bottle lying he would roll about on top of it too. He never bothered about any other essential oil I used - just that one.

I wish you had gotten a video of that. It would have been funny to watch. Gissi is very smart, he knows what he likes. I have never heard of Patcholi but it must be a good scent if Gissi approves of it.

Yes I have to admit they are great in my Bedroom I have the Lavender one on the Pot pouri now
I ordered them online and I have to admit they are cheap and very effective not like the ones I used to buy in the Shop
I am so glad that Darkwing put me onto the Site

LOL! That would have made such the cute video. Like I have said, Mr. Gissi knows what he wants and likes, and apparently it's Patchouli. LOL I'll bet he didn't like the Lavender because it was too "foo-fooey" and feminine for him. Wouldn't do to turn off the ladies like that, now would it? Hehehe

Gissi likes bubble wrap! How cool is that. He was trying to pop the bubbles. Yes, maybe the smell of the oils got him interested but it was the bubble wrap that was the actual toy in the box. Now that Gissi is all gussied up with perfume like smells, is it time to go take a walk and share with the neighbor dogs?

Now I know why you laughed Angel! I can just picture him doing this and I am sure he smelt very sweet! lol Him and Niamh would definitely get on very well - she loves bubble wrap too and they both know what they want and are determined to get it! Sorry she didn't speak earlier - she is still not keeping even fluids down and I am starting to get worried! xxxx
