Do you really know the people next to you?

The people that live across the street from just got cought dealing drugs with small kids in there homes.The people next door and across the street have over grown grass and now it looks like weeds.Down the street there are people that have junk in there yard and it looks very tacky.Tell me how you feel about this problem?
