You get a star once you've reached the 100 mark. Like you kesefkal, you only have 19 more posts until you reach 100 and get a star!! So keep it up~!! The number in the star represents your reputation~! So good luck!!

The Numbered Star will be given to you when you will reach 100 posts and that reflects your ratings and that means that how positively you have started the discussions or how you have responded so always try to do good in order to get your ratings high as some people have 10 out of 10 but i have 7. One more thing the user ratings don't have to do anything with your earnings so that doesn't matter much.
