Where to look

3 days old - This is me at social services. Three days after I was born.

I'm on a search for my birht mother and her other children. It has taken me 18 years of searching to find my birth fathers family. Have any of you adoptees searched and found family members? Are there any resources I can check out that don't cost a lot?
