Unlimited Long Distance

I don't understand how in this day and age people are still paying for long distance charges seperately. There are cell phones with unlimited plans built in and landlines with unlimited plans as well. Not just your VOIP solutions. It amazes me at the amount of people who still wonder if a number is long distance or not. Do you have an unlimited long distance calling plan? If not why not?
