hi i just get a new psp, but i don´t want to buy games, because i read that in some website that in the internet we can download games to psp. do you know where

I know how you feel. When I first searched Target PSP games were $39.99 each. It's kind of hard keeping up with new releases with prices like that. You can either rent games from blockbuster, try a free site (usually fewer game choices), or try a paid site (usually pay a one-time fee for unlimited downloads). Yes, you can download games into your PSP's memory card but there are certain requirements and you need to either be technically savvy to do it or have an expert configure your PSP so you can play games w/o using a UMD. It also depends on what firmware your PSP has, if you need to upgrade or downgrade it or use custom firmwares. These firmwares make your PSP ignore the UMD so you can play the game saved on your memory card.
I would suggest that you visit websites related to PSP customizing. Try http://pinoypsp.com/index.php?cat=7. This is where I learned how to customize/upgrade/downgrade and currently un-bricking a PSP. the link I gave you has a list of FAQs for new guys like you who'd like to know about customizing your PSP. do you know about the custom firmware because you won't be able to play iso games if you don't have a custom firmware and high capacity memory stick 1gig maybe or better if it is 4 gig...have fun

If you really want to have games on your PSP then check first if your PSP is capable of handling homebrew games.
my PSP firmware is 2.71 se-c and I download from torrents.
after i download i just put them in the psp and viola! instant gaming action!
