Most of the Cops have Belly!!!!!

here most of the police men have quite trim bodies. They have to go through a very hard training program as far as I know. I do think it is best not to be very fat - they have quite a pysically challenging job

In my area most of the police officers are slim but I do see a few with a huge tummy. Thats all those donuts that they eat, lol.

The stereotype a lot of times on TV and in the movies is of pot bellied cops eating at a doughnut shop. That isn't the case where I live. Eight out of ten police officers here are physically fit and have no trace of a belly. I think it is paramount for them to stay in shape. Not just for the community's well being, but for their well being. They need to have the energy and the stamina it takes to get out of dangerous situations.

the regular beat cops here aren't allowed to-but the chief of police and detectives sure do.we used to have big cops,but half of them weren't catching anybody because they'd be too out of breath,so now they have weight maximums.

yeah, but thats not the situation in some of the places in my country, the cops there are really physically fit with no trace of protruding belly.. but in most other places the situation is really gloomy, with the cops having large bellies

yes they have big bellys , these cops only know to sit and eat .

Yeah a lot in the united Staes do also. Espically in my town. They get free dounuts so that is proberly what is making the stomachs big.

Yeah, in my country there were lots of police officials who have big belly that is why years ago the chief of police (head of national police) launched exercise program and monitor their tummy and waist line. The program launched in able for them to be more effective in their duties. How they can caught a robberman if these police officers can't run fast due to their big belly. That is just one of the basic purpose why having a big belly of police officers is not good.

Well, I do see some some police have tummy but only those who are in working in the office. Otherwise, those who go out patrolling are quite fit.

It depends some cops physicaly are very fit and strong,some are not,just as you said have big belly too:) May be they eat too much donald...LOL,cos in united state when they are on duty and don't have time to eat they usualy standy donald in their car..:)

yes that is true, i started thinking about that, but what happened to those superhard training things they do every once in a while, they make them do stuff that an army man would do, what a government....

What ever may be the country, its always bad to have a tummy. that too a police personnel who is supposed to be a smart one shouldn't have a tummy. That will be a disgrace to his profession and if they cant even walk faster then how come they could they chase and catch the theives.

i guess you are from the philippines. no, it is not good. it makes them impotent for their line of work. and i think that there is a maximum limit to waist size for police. it was implemented by lacson, am i right? and big bellies are an unsightly. it makes guys appear to be drunkards

in my country most polices are very fit
