When I take a shower, I use all-natural and organic stuff. I use various natural and organic shampoos, conditioners, soaps, and body cleansers that come in pumps. Sometimes I use a scrub brush, sometimes a washcloth, sometimes a loofa, sometimes a poof, and sometimes just my bare hands. I change my cleansers, shampoos, etc., all according to my mood at the moment. And, I shop in discount and liquidation places for more inexpensive natural and organic things to try.

I really prefer to put things on my body and into my body that is good for both it and the environment. And, at least to me anyway, it only makes sense to go as organic and all-natural as possible for household cleaners, paper products (I only buy recycled-paper products for paper towels, bathroom tissue, etc.), soaps, detergents, lotions, you name it, even stain removers. Now that consumer demand is rising for organic, all-natural, vegetarian, and vegan products, it is getting easier to find this stuff. It's very plentiful where I live. Good luck in finding it where you live. Please let me know your luck in this endeavor. I'm curious. :=)
