some kind of restrictions need to be imposed. And special care should be taken that they do not end up in the hands of children.

I have never heard about this, or what is is. So maybe I need to do some research on this, but maybe it is due to me not having any children?

NO!not at all,one has to be a responsible adult.just forbiding something does not make it go away.as a young child i was told that such things were a no-no.that only increased my desire to see them more.so instead of banning them outright i think that a time limit should instead be used, that is such films should be telecast only after the kids have gone to bed.

In India, the government and the censor board has restricted. But the corrupt officials still permit theatres and private houses to screen blue films. With the internet download facility, many people are indulged in screening the blue films. It appears what is restricted, there is more curiosity and more custromers from the backdoor.

no need to restrict it
moreover it should be shown to kids of proper age and with full instructions
and educate them abt what that exactly means...........
this would helpthem and also the society to prevent AIDS and other such diseases
