As annoying as the Teletubbies were for me, I didn't have to watch them for very long because my kids were too old for them by the time they came out, THANK HEAVEN. There were some shows I really enjoyed watching when my kids were little. I loved Shari Lewis and Lamb Chop. I loved Fred Penner, Mister Rogers, and Mr. Dressup. The most annoying thing for me had to be Barney and Friends. I know many variations on the Barney theme song in which Barney is shot, beaten, or killed, and they tickle me no end.
The most annoying thing for me was that my youngest son listened to it everyday for three years. It wasn't a matter of wanting to, or anything I am proud of, but I knew every word for every single annoying song. I watched it so often with my son that I felt sad when they changed the group of children as they do from time to time. It was like losing friends.

Hopefully my child will never encounter that whole Barney thing. =p
Right now of the things that I occasionally see on, I would say that Dora the Explorer is the most annoying. She has those creepy eyes that just don't seem to move right, and she always has to do the exact same things. It's just mind-numbing. I also really don't like the Doodlebops, though I don't even think I have a real reason for not liking them.
My son watches "It's a Big, Big World" and that's my favorite of the kid's shows right now. I also really like Handy Manny, and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is okay, which is good because that's my son's favorite.

Who can dislike Mickey Mouse, ever? Imagine our parents watched the Mickey Mouse Club, we had a sort of half hearted attempt when we were that age, and now the kids have it. A real family classic.
I've never seen Dora, but seeing her face on lunch boxes, tee-shirts, toys, etc. really scares me.
