Is anyone else having problems with adspacedepot?

This site is starting to piss me off. It seemed pretty good when I joined so I decided to refer some people to the site, but I've been trying to log in for a week and it keeps telling me to wait 15 minutes and try again. What the hell?! I waited a whole day and it still says the same thing!! I emailed them about a week ago and I haven't heard from them. Is anyone else having a problem with this site? I'm very dissapointed because it seemed like a good site.
