In India, people who protest, burn buses, trains etc. The police are mute spectators as the protesters have a political backing. Neither the government or the administration bothers. The media does its role of reporting instances however very few people are booked. Luckily the Supreme Court is taking note of this vandalism and hopefully the citizens will understand that futility of such acts.

policemen and security personnel will have to be around places which are equpped with htese facilities so as to ward off the wrongdoers. muggers and vandals are present everywhere. onlly the presence of authorities and concerned citizens can break this habit. this is not happening in our country because, those who get caught doing these acts are severely punished. once offenders are charged in court, get imprisoned and then forced to pay fines, all hte others just simply irk away for fear of going through the same difficulties.
