which made me feel very sad.now every time I spend some money,I will write it down in my notebook,thus I think I can save more money.but so low salary,even though I do not eat anything ,I can save a little.I have worked for it one more year,but to my surprise,my salary decreased instend of rising.maybe they just want me to resignate possitively?

You seem to have a curious job. Do you mind sharing what it is that you are working now? This is one of the rare occasions that I've heard of a salary cut where the employees are not anticipating it (at least that's the impression i'm getting by reading your post). Also is the salary cut targeted at you alone or your colleagues also suffer a similar fate?

my job is assistant,most of its contents are some chores.others are different with me,their salary just rise.for me,I know they maybe just think my job is useless,so they decrease my salary.

Hmm.. if that's the case, then maybe you need to consider getting certified in the area of work that you're interested in. One good way maybe to understand, to ask your colleagues that seem to be doing well and ask them for advice. It never hurts to get advice and the worse they can do is reject you. Once you understand what employers are looking for and you have the right set of either experience or qualification, then maybe that's when your salary will also rise in tandem.

Oh im sorry for that you must talk to your boss why it happened? well, finish a 6 months or a year in your present company so you can put it as your work experience for future purposes... we all start from a low salary but it increases not decreases...

I am sorry to hear that. But why would your salary decrease? I just don't understand. I think they have a fixed monthly rate negotiated with you before you started your employment. I think if you are not happy with your pay scale, would it be possible for you to change to a better pay job? I am recently thinking of saving money real hard too and suddenly I realize how much bills I am paying to maintain the basic life needs (I have already cancel everything I don't need). thank you very much.actually,I cancel all the unnecessary things now.but I can not save money just because my salary is too low.good luck to you!maybe you do not know how hard it is to find a new job in our city now.so I can not change it easily.

yes,I can just say this to myself:it is better than out of job.I do not have too much work experience,so I think it is hard to find a new job for me.
