what is the greatest lesson you learned in love?

The greatest lesson I learned in love is independent. I cannot depend on my love one totally. I should have my own career and hobby. Besides, I have to treat my love one as a best friend not a sibling.

I've learned the best lesson: Love yourself first. No matter how much you think you love another person, you should never disregard your own needs. So that even if it doesn't end well for us (*knocks on wood*), at least we know that we can still go on and live for ourselves.

Unconditional love can't be taken for granted. I have given it and had it taken for granted, and I have had it given to me and taken it for granted.

I have learned to pursue the greatest love of my life rather than grow old thinking of "what could have beens". I also came to terms with "letting go" of a love turned sour and moving on with my life.

How to value one another's commitment, love acceptance regarding to races, nationality and personality of one's person. Most specially, to learn the give and take activity in a love relationship. :-)

what i've learned in love is to love without measure.. falling inlove to a person is not that easy.. when you feel that you are inlove to a person it feels good but sometimes.. you will come to a point that love hurts.. but still love conquers.. God's love for us is the best love that you can receive.. ^_^ have a good day..

i have learned to let go not because i had given him up, rather it's because i knew you are not growing in the relationship. I have learned and realized that one must pass through several falling and end up standing again.

the most important thing i learn from love is if you love someone don't expect anything from him in return just love him. that pain, heartaches and heatbreaks will always be there when we try to love someone
