It depends on my mood. If the kitchen is messy i dont like to cook. I want someone to clean it up for me, so that i will be in good spirits to cook a scrumptous dish. Some times nothing bothers me, i just start cooking and get it done in no time at all. I like to cook chicken biriyani and onion and carrot raita.

i love cooking with a passion. my favorite dish that i prepare is probably lasanga or really spicy chicken thighs (i rub cayenne, paprika, pepper and garlic salt on top and underneath the skin).

I am not an expert cook but I like cooking. My favorite recipe is a Sweet and Spicy Shrimp.It't simple enough, you sautee garlic on the butter, add the shrimp and then the Sweet Chili Sauce. Cook until the shrimp is done. Simple but I tell you it's simply divine, specially if the shrimp are very fresh.
