Child Support

I think there ought to be severe penalties for deadbeat parents. My stepdaughter is going through this problem right now. Her husband was a jerk, but he has a good job and can easily afford the support. She, on the other hand, has always worked in low-paying jobs. He has not been paying her like the courts have ordered. She has had times when she can't afford to pay the rent or even buy milk for the girls. The divorce is not final yet, but he's fighting her every step of the way. And after she moved out, he even had another woman with children living with him. I think the needs of his own children should come before the needs of someone else's.

I think they are greedy and selfish. I would love to see them all go without the things they are making their children go without.

I think they are pathetic

It is pathetic. As was said, if they can bring a child into the world, they are responsible for them. They are so selfish. I think there should be a licence to have kids.

I think that you shouldnt have a child if you cant support them... ppl who are like this should be shot or jailed for the long term!
