family thats visiting.....

i have a big family my parents have 6 kids. and they only have 3 grandkids, but all my siblings are all over the place, and we have all come to visit my parents and we wanted to get a family portrait. but each time someone keeps having to work or doing something so we have 5 out of 6 people. and then my dad and partner had to go away... gets so annoying.. i wish we could just get a photo finally after all these years.
have you had this problem at all and do you worry about family portraits?

My Dad wants a current photo of all of us, that is me, my two sisters and my brother but I don't reckon we will all be together in one place any time soon.
My sister got her family of 6 kids together last Christmas for a family photo and it was the first time they'd all been together in years. As it happens it was most fortunate because her eldest son passed away in April.
