Well I would suggest you get them some racing games or sports games, those usually have a rating of 3+ and they are easy and fun to play, also you could get them some fun games like dancemania or guitar hero and stuff that are interactive but not violent and do not require serious thinking. You can get them movie based games like shrek and sponge bob, in fact, all G rated movies do have their games as well and if your kids loved those movies then they'll love those games too..
