is this true for clixsense members?

I've been getting up earlier than usual, about 4am PST. And I would log in to my clixsense account. I noticed that I had about 8-10 ads that I could click even if I was a free member. I just refresh when I'm done, and viola, new ads to click. Now my average daily clicks is as much as 15 ads. I'm just wondering if Clixsense updates all new ads at 7am EST.
