Try a costume shop or an adult store. You should be able to get them anywhere - including Victoria's Secret. The last pair I bought for a costume I picked up in Walmart.

I think they are sold in every bigger supermarket. At least where im at... there are many shops just for pantyhose. Fishnets rock! :D
